WHAT IS LAP OF LUXURY CLOTHING’S RETURN POLICY?

We know that you will love what you ordered, but if for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out;
Lap of luxury will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.  Step by step instructions will be located inside of each package.

Free shipping both ways on Even exchanges: Ordered the wrong size? No worries!  If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item in a different size or color, we will refund the shipping it costs to send it back to us.  We will also foot the bill to send you the correct size!  

If you just can’t wait, you may also call us at 1 (407) 355-3556 to place your reorder and we will offer you Free Shipping on your replacement order. 

Most returns are processed within 2 days upon receipt of package.  Once your exchange has been processed, regular shipping policies apply. 

CAN I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK IF I DO NOT LIKE MY PURCHASE?

Lap of luxury Clothing will be happy to accept returns of items in their original condition, along with the purchase invoice. It must not be worn, altered, or washed.  Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, the original method of payment will be refunded within 7 days.  The refunded amount will include the original total price of the purchase plus the cost of the return shipping.
